Ginnie Meyer

Ginnie has been teaching dance for 50 years. She studied dance in Lawwerence, Indiana, Laurel, Mississippi, Ukiah, California, and Dover, Ohio. She owned and operated her own dance studio in the Dover-New Philadelphia area in Ohio for 23 years before joining her family in the Chicago area.

While in Ohio she appreared in many Little Theatre and Dover Summer Theatre productions including the co-starring role of Dainty June in LT's musical Gypsy.

As a member of Tuscarawas County Up With People she was a featured dancer for two years at the Ohio State Fair where she was chosen from a singing chorus of over 1,500 people.

As a member of the Chicago National Association of Dance Masters Ginnie passed oral, written and demonstration exams in ballet, jazz and tap. Ginnie's students in Ohio and Illinois have won both local and national competitions

Danielle Filetti

Danielle Filetti, originally from Schaumburg, Illinois, began her training at the Schaumburg Park District and became an original member of the Schaumburg Dance Troupe. With the troupe, she participated in several dance competitions and performed all over the area at different events as well as senior centers. Ms Filetti graduated with academic honors from Columbia Collage Chicago where she received her degree in dance and also received a business management minor. While at Columbia she worked under and performed with many well known modern dance companys. One of her best memories was spending a week in New York City and visiting different dance companies. She was able to take class from the members of the Cunningham Company as well as several other well
known choreographers in the industry during her week stay. Ms Filetti started teaching at Dance For Me Performing Arts Center in 2012. One of her goals is to keep educating herself so she can give her students the best start in their dance careers.

Ryan Siu

Ryan began dancing and training for 7 years. First under the direction of Nicki Niemet and then onto Design Dance Company under the artistic direction of Karlo Familara and Angelina Grima. He has trained under them for 3 years before moving onto Boom Crack! Dance Company under the artistic direction and guidance of Trae Turner. Training credits also include Monsters Dance Convention 2011, 2012, 2013, 2015, 2016, and 2017; Movement Lifestyle Tour Chicago 2011 and 2012. He has competed regionally at World of Dance Chicago, World of Dance Dallas, World of Dance New York and Prelude Chicago. In addition, he has also competed nationally at Hip Hop International 2016.

Tanya

Tanya started ballet training at age 4 in the Chicago area, beginning at the Academy of Movement and Music and later studying and performing at Ruth Page Center for the Arts. Summers were spent in France visiting her father and dancing at various ballet studios. At age 13, Tanya attended her first summer intensive at Milwaukee Ballet. She would continue to attended their summer intensive programs for four years and eventually be accepted as an apprentice and become a member of the company a year later. After two years at Milwaukee Ballet, she joined Long Beach Ballet in Los Angeles where she danced for another two years while attending college. Back in the Chicago area, Tanya returned to ballet after a break from performing and began teaching, where she enjoys sharing her knowledge and experience with her students.
